In each panel, dots obscure a frank image of death, but not completely. The graphic details of individuals caught in the aftermath of large and small scale conflicts from around the world are revealed at the edges, creating a collage formed from the misalignment of the decorative and the tragic. The evidence of tragedy is multiplied to the point of monotony to indicate the volume of events like these and the resulting inundation of our capacity to sympathize.
